The town of Lindau is located on the Bavarian shore of Lake Constance in the Dreiländereck (border triangle of three countries), which is formed by Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
You will find Lindauer Hof directly located by the promenade, only a few metres from the old lighthouse and the historic town hall.
By car, you can drive directly to Lindau from the direction of Munich on the A96 motorway. Here, please follow the signs to the island. If arriving from the direction of Stuttgart, you can use the A7 motorway via Ulm. However, arrival via the A8 motorway is incomparably more beautiful, as once you pass Singen am Hohentwiel, this route follows the magnificent shore of Lake Constance via the B31 road. And if you come from Austria or Switzerland, we recommend the well signposted route via Bregenz.

Arrival by railway: Lindau (Bodensee) central railway station is reached from all directions. The railway station building itself is directly located at the harbour and you will reach Lindauer Hof in less than 5 minutes on foot. Please inform us in good time, if you should need our help with the transportation of your luggage.

Arrival by plane: The nearest international airports are located in Zurich, Stuttgart or Munich. Friedrichshafen airport is used on a regular basis, particularly within the internal German air traffic network. We will gladly organise the transfer between the airport and our hotel for you.

Arrival by car: via the B31 road or the A96 motorway in the direction of "Lindau-Insel" (island) by crossing the bridge over the lake and then following one of the designated routes.

Arrival by train: to Lindau Hbf (central railway station). From there, it takes 2 minutes by taxi or 5 minutes on foot to reach our hotel.
